I’m not a guru. I’m just really good at not being miserable.
I’ve written and produced hundreds of television episodes, but my true passion has always been helping people rewrite their own stories.
Over the years I’ve worked as a Crisis Counselor, a Big Brother, and a volunteer with groups like Special Olympics and Women of Color Unite. Basically, I’ve spent a lot of time helping people get back on their feet when life tries to knock them flat.
This isn’t therapy, and it’s not toxic positivity.
It’s judgment-free guidance that helps you see the good in yourself until your inner bully gets relegated to background noise, like that podcast about quantum physics you pretend to listen to.
Here’s what I’ve learned: happiness isn’t something you find; it’s something you build.
So if you’re ready to start training your happiness like a muscle, welcome to Happiness University. Let’s get you emotionally caked-up 🏋️♀️
