What is Happiness University, exactly?
Happiness University is literally a place where you learn to be happy.
It’s a system built around simple, daily habits that actually make you feel better. Tiny actions, done consistently, get big-time results.
We replace the Crappiness Habits that drain you with Happiness Habits that build you. Plus, it rhymes.
It’s practical. It’s doable. And it works even on the days when you feel like a sock full of pudding.
Are you a therapist?
No.
I’ve spent years as a crisis counselor, mentor, and emotional fitness teacher, but I’m not a licensed therapist.
Is this therapy?
No.
Therapy is about the past. Happiness University is about the now.
Our focus is action, not analysis.
Do I have to do the Free Office Hour first?
Nah. If talking to a stranger on Zoom makes you want to crawl into a laundry basket, I get it. I can create a Happiness Plan that will work for anyone without a call.
BUT the Free Office Hour makes your plan much better.
It’s where we figure out what you want, what’s getting in your way, and which Crappiness Habits we’ll replace first.

What happens in the Free Office Hour?
We talk for 50 minutes about what you want, what’s going on, and how you’re currently taking care of yourself.
Then we decide the easiest, most effective Happiness Habits to start with.
You leave knowing exactly what to do next.
What is the Custom Happiness Plan?
It’s your personalized, step-by-step guide to getting happier using practical actions you can actually do.
You’ll get a clear list of what to swap out, what to add in, and how to start feeling better immediately.
What is Happiness Honors?
Happiness Honors is the monthly mentorship tier. You get:
• One session a month
• A refreshed or adjusted Happiness Plan based on how it’s been working for you
• Texting support when you need guidance, encouragement, accountability, or someone who believes in you when you’re wobbly
It’s basically having your own personal cheerleader, albeit one with a beard and terrible legs.
Do I need to be good at habits?
Absolutely not. Everyone is bad at habits. That’s literally why Happiness University exists.

Does this actually work?
Here’s the truth:
If you consistently do your Happiness Habits, you will feel better. Doing good things always makes you feel better.
Your brain doesn’t negotiate with positive actions. When you do things that generate dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and all the good stuff, you feel the effects whether you believe in them or not.
Like my mom always said: There’s no bad reason to do a good thing.
Can I quit anytime?
Yes.
This isn’t a Planet Fitness membership.
Why should I trust you?
Because everything I teach is what I’ve used for myself and with hundreds of people I’ve mentored over the years.
